We would like to submit an original article entitled “Research of E-commerce Resource Allocation Method Based on Clustering” for consideration for publication in Journal of the ACM.
Following are two Innovations in this article. Firstly, the resource allocation system framework designed and developed in this paper integrates the diversified business activities in the e-commerce platform, and solves the problem of server stability when a certain number of users concurrently access the system platform. It reduces the redundancy of code and the complex business processes of e-commerce, which facilitates the platform administrator to manage the business activities of the system platform. What’s more, this paper proposes a more reasonable resource allocation strategy. The rationality of this strategy lies in the research of user-commodity binary network in e-commerce platform. This paper proposes an improved SimRank algorithm to fill the user's incomplete data and proposes a user attribute characteristics and the mixed similarity of the user-commodity binary network structure and conducted community division. For the community partition structure, this paper proposes a community fuzzy scoring strategy based on the community important node sorting algorithm. This paper proposes a general resource allocation based on this strategy model. I hope this paper is suitable for Journal of the ACM.
